Terry Hedden
CEO

Terry Hedden is the founder and CEO of Infinity Technology Solutions. He is responsible for the overall vision, growth and development of the company. Under his leadership, Infinity has become an industry leader providing IT services to small and medium sized businesses.

Infinity provides Managed IT Services to small to mid-sized businesses throughout the southeast. Mr. Hedden is focused on leading Infinity to achieve improved growth in revenue and profitability, greater innovation, the best total customer experience, and on making Infinity the company that makes IT work for customers.

In 2009, Infinity achieved the IT industry's premier endorsement, the MSPAlliance Accreditation, which recognizes firms that demonstrate the highest level of professional ethics and pass a rigorous exam and inspection. Infinity was also named Small Business of the Year by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and placed on Inc. Magazines prestigious Inc. 5000 list, a compendium of the most entrepreneurial and fastest growing companies in America. Infinity has achieved Microsoft's Gold Certified Partner, Cisco Premier Partner and VMware Enterprise Partner designations.

Hedden is on the board of the directors for Junior Achievement, the world's largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs. He was named member of the year by the C12 Group in 2008, and placed on the MSPmentor's top 250 leaders shaping the global managed services market in 2010.

Prior to founding Infinity, Mr. Hedden was a Managing Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, now Cap Gemini, and served as a Senior Executive with Infor Global (E.piphany) and Lectra Systems.

A native and current resident of Tampa Bay, Mr. Hedden regularly speaks to groups on topics ranging from business strategy and innovation to technology best practices and security. Mr. Hedden received his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Laurie Watts
Director of Finance & Administration

Mrs. Watts offers over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. After graduating from Chamberlain High School, she completed her BS degree in Accounting from McNeese State University, Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Upon returning to Tampa, Mrs. Watts began her career as an intern for a local CPA firm. Having had the opportunity to work for companies in many differing markets, with a focus on IT, she is uniquely qualified to handle all financial challenges she faces. Mrs. Watts's talent and determination took her from staff accountant to Director of Finance.

In her previous position as Director of Finance, Mrs. Watts developed and implemented new financial and operational strategies that positioned the company for continued growth. She successfully refinanced the company's debt, raised equity and restructured its financial reporting system. Additionally, Mrs. Watts oversaw the Purchasing, Inventory Control and the Customer Service departments.

Mrs. Watts is married and has four children. She is an avid golfer and a member of the Florida Women's State Golf Association. She is the treasurer on the board of directors for two not-for-profit organizations: Gulf Coast Youth Choirs and Gaither High School Band. She is actively involved as a 'Key Player' in The C12 Group. She enjoys her involvement with youth and enjoyed her position as a youth pastor.
